We also pride ourselves on finding the best construction solutions to minimise time on site, with an unmatched flexibility to work with and around other trades such as, electricians, plumbers, structural engineers and refrigeration specialists, to name a few.
We also place a high importance on finishing the job on time – we have 14 dedicated staff, as many 12 could be on the job at once to maximise labour output and timeline expectations – to a high standard, with strict health and safety management and to the specifications you require. Our manner is always strictly professional, cost effective and efficient – and we will always find the solution to best fit your construction applications.
Our construction process is always run to a strict operational guideline and process. We involve you from the outset with meetings and conversations around what your construction specifications involve. The general process would follow with site inspections and meeting the project managers, followed by a task analysis and SSSP; choosing and delivery of material would follow suit – which could also include crane hire if required; and lastly our installation team would complete the construction operations. We also go from producing tenders, supplying shop drawings, site inspections installing flashings/trim to create a weatherproof barrier and importantly an after-sale service – including maintenance manuals and regimes.
