Design & installation process
Stage 1: Consultation –meetings with you to discuss what you want, what your construction requirements are, what the function and purpose of the cool room and cold store is and so on.
Stage 2: Figuring out the best solution for what you need – selecting the appropriate insulated panel profile, as well as the suitable trim and flashings.
Stage 3: Ordering the materials - depending on what type insulated panel you select the time frame ranges from 2-7 weeks for arrival (EPS insulated panel can arrive within two weeks and PIR panels around six weeks). But we we’ll do what is right for you and aim to deliver the materials on site as fast as possible.
Stage 4: Delivery of materials and site inspections – strict quality control measures; this also includes generating a task analysis, and relevant health and safety measures, such as risk assessment and Site Specific Safety Plan (SSSP).
Stage 5: Installation
Stage 6: After sales quality assurance and warranty period – usually a 2-year workmanship guarantee, with a 15-year guarantee on insulated panels (subject to supplier regulations).
